1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and jillko (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jillko online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with jillko. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. The Company employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including analysis of device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and gameplay patterns.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

jillko supports a wide range of secure payment methods tailored for the Philippine market, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Direct, UnionBank Online, and Coins.ph. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits established by the Company and by the payment provider.

The Company does not charge any fees for deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or processing charges, which shall be your sole responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful processing, although in certain circumstances processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jillko account are derived from legitimate sources, are not the proceeds of any illegal activity, and are your own property or are deposited with the full authorization of the rightful owner. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit transaction and to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to compliance with all applicable wagering requirements, bonus terms, and verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by the Company. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and you may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal can be approved.

The Company aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, although actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. The Company reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to require that accounts be active for a minimum period before the first withdrawal is permitted. Any bonuses that have not been fully wagered according to the applicable bonus terms must be forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that you must place bets totaling thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements; typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be used in conjunction with any fraudulent or abusive strategies. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses have an expiration period, typically ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support; however, once a bonus has been claimed and credited to your account, it cannot be removed without forfeiting any associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jillko Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing any third party to access your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the Platform while located outside of the Philippines or from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or any device or software designed to manipulate gameplay or exploit vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal purpose;
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or that are derived from illegal sources;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through any form of strategic or coordinated gameplay;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or Company staff;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or any technology to conceal your location or identity.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects any violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law. In such cases, the Company may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and any funds determined to be obtained through prohibited activities shall be forfeited. The Company shall have no obligation to provide detailed reasons for account closure, although it will generally inform affected users of the nature of the violation.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The jillko Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event. In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jillko is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the jillko Platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information by jillko is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is used and protected.

The Company implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits, to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

You acknowledge that any claims or disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall not have authority to consolidate claims of multiple users or otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on October 9, 2026, and supersede all previous versions. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
